Rhythm of the City

Overexposed + Underdeveloped

If you know me at all, you know I love the city streets.  The noise is soothing to me.  I find myself there again and again and again.  I see myself reflected on the faces of the people I meet.  I wander the back alleys and the garage rooftops.  I watch and listen.

I particularly love being downtown in the morning as it comes alive.  A harmony of sights and sounds unfolds.  I watch the street sweepers.  I hear snippets of conversation as people pass by.  I smell coffee brewing at my favorite local cafe.  Camera in hand, I walk on, capturing the rhythm of my city.

Would you share with me the rhythm of your city in the morning?
